Approximately one month after Adrienne Maloof listed her mansion, it sold for just under $20 million, down $6 million from the list price. The eight bedroom, 11 bathroom estate was regularly featured often on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and it boasts a wine cellar, gym, screening room, a pool, and a guest house. Why such a quick sale? Apparently, ‘inventory in the Beverly Park neighborhood has become scare in the past two years,’ the Wall Street Journal reported.
The extravagant home was designed by the architect Richard Landry.
The buyer is ‘an L.A. businessman who was looking in the neighborhood for a long time and liked the French chateau-style of the nearly 20,000-square-foot home.
